Who Thoropass is

Thoropass is a compliance platform. What separates it from other platforms is the audit arm: an in-house, AICPA peer-reviewed CPA firm that performs the audit inside the same system that collects the evidence. Thoropass is also a PCI Qualified Security Assessor Company and Approved Scanning Vendor, and a HITRUST Authorized External Assessor.

How we use it

• Administration: we run the client's Thoropass workspace, integrations, and evidence collection
• Readiness: policies, controls, and gaps closed before the audit phase starts, so the audit arm finds a finished program
• Audit coordination: one vendor relationship for platform and auditor, with us managing both sides of it for the client
• Specialty frameworks: the PCI and HITRUST credentials matter when a client needs those specific attestations without adding another firm

One vendor or two

Thoropass suits clients who want fewer vendors in their compliance stack. The platform, the auditor, and the contract come from one company, and we operate all of it. Clients who prefer a fully independent audit firm pair Vanta or Drata with Prescient Assurance or Advantage Partners instead.
